At Bebran Digital ("Bebran, we, us, or our"), we take pride in delivering high-impact digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and web development services. Because our work involves immediate allocation of professional expertise, technical auditing, and custom strategy development, we maintain a transparent and balanced cancellation and refund policy.
1. General Nature of Digital Services
Due to the custom, intellectual, and resource-intensive nature of digital marketing and SEO services, all upfront deposits, completed project milestones, and monthly retainer fees are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in this policy or required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under provincial consumer protection laws.
2. Project Cancellation & 24-Hour Review Window
24-Hour Consideration Window: Clients may request a full cancellation and refund of an initial project payment within 24 hours of transaction, provided that formal strategic work, technical audits, or asset development have not yet commenced.
Cancellation After 24 Hours: For project-based engagements cancelled after the initial 24-hour window, any deposit or upfront payment is non-refundable, as it compensates for initial technical scoping, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Clients remain responsible for payment for any completed milestones or deliverables outlined in their specific Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Monthly Retainer & Ongoing Services
Recurring Billing: Monthly SEO, PPC management, and digital marketing retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming billing cycle.
Retainer Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time by providing written notice at least 14 to 30 days prior to their next billing cycle (as specified in their individual service agreement).
Mid-Cycle Cancellations: Once a billing cycle has begun, the fee for that current month is non-refundable, as agency resources, expert hours, and ad management capacity have already been dedicated to the account. Unused hours do not roll over or qualify for partial monetary refunds.
4. Eligibility for Refunds & Dispute Resolution
A refund or service credit may be considered under the following conditions:
Dissatisfaction with organic ranking fluctuations or third-party platform behavior (which are outside of agency control) does not, on its own, constitute grounds for a refund.
All refund claims must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the disputed invoice date, detailing the specific operational concern.
5. Service Credits as an Alternative Remedy
Where appropriate, Bebran Digital reserves the right to issue service extensions, additional deliverables, or performance credits instead of a monetary refund, determined at the agency's professional discretion. This does not affect any statutory rights of consumer clients.
